都留市の歴史、家屋、自然を「伝える・つなげる・のこす」をテーマに築120年以上前の古民家をみんなで改装し、歴史あるモノは残し、再利用して、また新しいモノを取り入れることで、歴史(過去)と現在を繋げています!
昔ながらの文化、暮らしを体験してもらい、人と人との大切な想いや幸せな1ページが残せるようお手伝いができることを使命とします!
大人の方には、懐かしい気持ちや感覚に戻ってリフレッシュして頂き!お子さまには、今の時代に味わえない体験をして自然とふれあい新しい考えが浮かび、成長できる空間が古都家(古民家)にはあります。
都心から1時間30分ほどの都留市の豊かな自然の中、BBQ・囲炉裏を使っての料理や流し素麺、薪割り、キャンプファイヤーなどをしながら夜空いっぱいの星空を見たり、鳥のさえずりや虫の声を聴いたりと懐かしい気持ちに戻れます。一棟貸切で周りのお客様に気を使わず、ゆったりとした時間を贅沢にお楽しみください。
車で約10分ほどの場所に都留の農家さんが育てた食材や商品を扱う「都留 道の駅」があるほか、「よりみちの湯」「月待ちの湯」で日帰り温泉もご利用できます。また、観光としては町の中に壮大な「田原の滝」や子供や大人も喜ぶ「山梨県立リニア見学センター」もございます。

Kotoya has a space where adults go back to the nostalgic feeling and sense and refresh! and children can experience things that they cannot experience in the current era, interact with nature, and think new and grow.
It is located about 1 hour 30 minutes from Central Tokyo. In the environment of rich nature of Tsuru-city, you can enjoy BBQ, fireplace cooking and Nagashi-somen (flowing somen noodles) cuisines. Also, you will remind nostalgic feeling, chopping wood or from campfire site, by looking night starlit sky or listening to singing of birds and insects. Please enjoy relaxed and luxurious time without caring circumference by an exclusive rental lodging.
Take a 10 minutes car ride and you will find "Tsuru Michi-no-eki (Roadside Station)" where you can buy food materials and products of local farmers in Tsuru. Also, day spas are available such as "Yorimichi-no-yu" and "Tsukimachi-no-yu". In addition, you can visit popular sightseeing sites, where both children and adults can enjoy, such as "Yamanashi Prefectural Maglev Exhibition Center" and the magnificent "Tahara-no-taki" waterfalls.
